After he places an order, he contact me via email and ask for support.
Due to the summer, our warehouse is out of stock, and all inflatable SUP board need to be made by hand, and there is no way to mass-produce them by machines.
In order to let the customer enjoy their vacation, the employees of our factory worked overtime to complete this urgent order. Finally, the customer received the goods before his vacation. He was very happy and shared the pictures of our products with me.
